Return & Refund Policy


Courier cost is borne by Limethread in the event of ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ products, or size changes will be paid in full by us on good receipt of the product.


If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the Limethread website, Please share the Return/Exchange request on the request a Refund page.

 Returns and Exchanges can be made within 7 days post receipt of your order.

No Return and Exchanges shall be entertained post 7 days of receipt of the order.

Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any), bill, and any other material that came along with the product.

Please ensure that you place the Return/Exchange request within 15 days of receipt of the order.

The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use.

If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account.


Your full refund ( postage as per above ) will be processed within 10-12 working days of us receiving the product within the stipulated 5 business days from the time we receive the product in our warehouse.

A full refund for prepaid orders shall be done in the source account while that of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund shall be done in the bank account details provided by the customer at the time of placing the Refund request.

NOTE: In case the Bank account details entered by the customer are wrong, Limethread team will not be held responsible for the mix-up and shall not be liable to refund the payment again.

Hence, please cross-check the bank account details entered.

In case your product fails to reach us within the time or there is some other issue, we will advise and provide you with whatever best assistance our customer care is capable of.
